| ANDREW SKINNER |
| Born in Ontario in 1969, Andrew W. Skinner graduated from York University in 1991 and from the Ontario College of Art in 1995. In 2003, living in Tokyo, he started as the editorial cartoonist for the No. 1 Shimbun journalism magazine of the Foreign Correspondents' Club of Japan. He has also published cartoons and stories in the Japan Times, J-Select magazine, Tokyo Notice Board magazine and Tokyo Weekender magazine. He is now back living in Toronto. |
