| Born in Ontario in 1969, Andrew W. Skinner graduated from York University in 1991 and from the Ontario College of Art in 1995. He currently lives in Tokyo where in 2003 he started as the editorial cartoonist for the No. 1 Shimbun magazine of the Foreign Correspondents’ Club of Japan. Since that time his cartoons and stories have appeared regularly in J-Select magazine, Tokyo Notice Board magazine and Tokyo Weekender magazine. He finds it challenging doing cartoons on both Japanese and Canadian political subjects. |
