FRED SEBASTIAN was born (in 1964) and bred in Ottawa. A
graduate of Algonquin College’s Commercial Art/Graphic Design
program, his work appears in Legion and The New York Times
Book Review. In 1994, he won a Studio magazine merit award for
illustration and, in 2001, the National Press Club International
Editorial Cartoon Competition On Press Freedom.
