ACEC -- Mou

THEO MOUDAKIS (MOU) was born in Montreal in 1965 where he began freelancing for The Gazette in 1986. In 1991 he started full-time with The Halifax Daily News and in September 2000 became editorial cartoonist for The Toronto Star. His work has appeared in most Canadian dailies as well as The New York Times, Time and Mad, and has been three times short-listed for the National Newspaper Award. He won the national newspaper award in 2005.
