| John Meaney was born in St.John's Newfoundland in 1940. He has served in the Army, and has worked on oil rigs all over the world. Still working, John now does security work on a part time basis.
John's been freelancing his cartoons for more years than he can count. While he admits to having a drawer full of rejection slips, his cartoons have been published in Baseline Magazine, which covers Corps Commissionaires activities in the Great Lakes Area. John's cartoons are also published in The Londoner, a community weekly newspaper in London, Ont., and The Interim, a lifestyle magazine published in Toronto All his work is done digitally using a Wacom Tablet and Photoshop. |
