| PASCAL ELIE |
| Pascal Élie was born in Montreal in 1959. His cartoons are published twice a week (on Sundays and Mondays) in Montreal's The Gazette. He's also the regular cartoonist for the business weekly Les Affaires and contributes to Law Times, as well as for several other publications in Quebec and English Canada. He's been freelancing for a couple of decades, but left his day-job (as a legal editor) to become a full-time cartoonist in January 1998. |
